October 2007 Postal Strikes Missing Items - How To Make a Claim It has now been almost 15 working days since the postage strikes and some of our customers have not received their orders. If you have not received your order, and it has been 15 working days since it was dispatched then you can initiate a claim for lost post. For items with extra insurance paid or sent by Couirer - please let us know by e-mail and we will inititate a cliam on your behalf. However, before any of this can take place you need your army painted up and ready for action.
